At Lou's Boutique, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Accessories, intimates, and swimwear are also final sale for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to the address provided in our response.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping charges, once your return is received and inspected.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Exchanges

• Need a different size? Email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate an exchange if inventory allows.
